After 14 years of healing from her own childhood trauma, Claudia found herself in the same cycle of abuse as an adult. God intervened in her life when a former manager gifted her with a self-help CD tape. She heard something that changed her. “The way you treat yourself is a welcome mat for others to treat you.” These words opened her eyes to the unhealthy relationship she was in with her late husband. Through counseling, spiritual guidance, and ongoing training related to understanding the trauma-centered approach in her own healing journey, she created a space for others to find HOPE. She finds strength in her relationship with Christ. She had to learn to love herself before remarrying her husband, Matt, of 13 years. Her passion is to help other women know they are not alone.
