A FREE COMMUNITY PRACTICE

Bring a yoga mat, yoga block, and yoga strap.
Supplies available - first come, first served. No yoga experience necessary.
Light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
60-70 minutes of slow reflective movement, worship, and breath with Christ to calm and restore.
Followed by 20-30 minutes of Lectio Divina - listen, ponder, pray.
