(10am-12pm) Mental Health & Self Care 101 with Rejeana Haynes, LISW-S

In this workshop, you’ll learn what mental health is and the impact it has on all of us!

(12:30pm-1:30pm) “End the Silence” with Jeff Thompson

In this session for families, we’ll cover the topics of mental health and suicide prevention.  Held in the VCC Worship Center.

(1pm-2pm) Columbus Fire Department

Come hear about fire prevention and carbon monoxide safety and see a fire truck up close!
